RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Returns & Refunds

Due to the personal care nature of our products, all sales are final.

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used or opened items, including but not limited to soaps, oils, lotions, herbal-based products, or any personal care items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item(s) received

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or store credit, at our discretion.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier are considered fulfilled.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation. We recommend using a secure delivery location.

Refunds

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect address provided at checkout

  • Sensitivity or allergic reactions

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

Approved resolutions (when applicable) will be issued as a replacement or store credit, not a cash refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase provided the order has not yet entered processing or shipment.

Once processing begins, orders cannot be canceled.
